What Are Block Grabs?
Block grabs are lifting attachments and tools used to handle materials such as bricks, breeze blocks, kerbstones, paving slabs, concrete slabs and more. They are also known as scissor grabs, brick grabs, or stone lifters, and allow for precision lifting and moving heavy blocks.
How Do Block Grabs Work?
Most block lifter models use a scissor-like mechanism - as you lift, the jaws automatically close around the load using gravity and motion. It’s a smart, efficient way to grip heavy items without the need for complicated systems or power sources.
Most of our construction-ready models come with rubber-lined jaws. These give you a firm grip while protecting your materials from damage, which is especially important when working with more delicate or finished products like paving slabs or kerbs.
