Lashing Chains for Heavy Loads

When you're securing plant, machinery or other heavy loads for transport, you need equipment that's made for the job. Lashing chains provide a strong, hard-wearing way to restrain loads on flatbed trucks, low loaders and trailers.

The chain is used alongside a compatible load binder, which tensions the assembly and helps keep the load securely restrained during transport.

• Premium Grade 8 lashing chain for demanding transport applications

Choosing the Right Lashing Chain

Before ordering, there are a few things worth checking:

• Lashing capacity - Make sure the complete setup is rated for the load you're securing

• Chain grade - Check whether Grade 80 or Grade 8 equipment is required for your setup

• Chain size - The chain and load binder need to be compatible

• Chain length - Think about the size of the loads you'll normally be securing

• Load binder - Check the binder is designed for the chain you're using
