What Are Webbing Slings?
Webbing slings, also known as flat belt slings or polyester lifting slings, are soft, flexible lifting straps made from high-tensile polyester webbing. The most common product is the duplex webbing sling which uses two layers of webbing to give extra strength and peace of mind when lifting.
They’re incredibly versatile too. You can use lifting webbing slings in vertical, choker or basket hitches, and because the material is soft, they won’t mark or scratch loads like chains or wire ropes can, making them perfect for lifting fragile, painted or precision-made items.
