At LES we have introduced products from Red Rooster that we believe to be of high quality and safe for your workers to use. We have various weights and variations to suit your specific requirements.
What are Air hoists?
Air hoists are ideal for petrochemical projects and other hazardous working environments as they reduce the possibility of accidents caused by sparking. This is their main benefit since they are the best option to use if there is potential for sparks to occurring during the lift process. We have ensured all our series are compatible with hazardous working environments to guarantee you and your workers stay safe in the workplace.
The air hoists can be operated via a pull cord or pendant control for easy use and to ensure that the user can operate the hoist at a safe distance. Make sure there is only one operated at a time to avoid any injuries from occurring.
As previously stated, keeping the risk of injury or accidents to a minimum is essential on every project and air hoists are a great way to ensure that that risk is decreased.
What Are trolleys?
Trolleys are important tools in helping reduce hazardous tasks that can lead to injuries. This is why they go hand in hand with air hoists since these types of hoists are also used to reduce accidents.
Construction trolleys are used to transport and carry heavy loads, so you do not have to go through the manual labour of doing it yourself. These trolleys are often used in warehouses and other construction type industries.
Variations and weights available?
At LES we offer a range of capacities and weight for you to choose from our red rooster models. We try and stock all variations, so you have the best possible choice to choose from.
The air hoists we have on offer from Red Rooster go from 3T all the way to 60T to fit all your lifting needs often in construction many pieces of machinery can weight an extortionate amount so at LES we want to offer you a range to choose from.
The fall chains on the Red Rooster TMH series vary from 1 to 5 chains and this enables you to lift heavier materials and extra chains are especially useful when capacities go over 20T. You should feel safe when using the Red Rooster TMH series since they have specifically ensured all machinery can handle heavier lifting and each air hoists has the added advantage of having alloy safety swivel hooks with safety catch to stop the load or machinery wobbling or being unstable during the lifting process.
What is the benefit of using our Air hoists and trolleys?
The main advantage of using the TMH Red Rooster series is that they concentrate their model designs on being able to lift heavier loads without causing any risk to you or your workers safety.
They do this by adding more safety features, better alloy, or steel material to avoid environmental damage and they add more fall chains to be able to stand such a heavy load. The trollies have also been designed to be able to withstand bulker and heavier material making it easier to transport around the workplace causing less stress on you and your worker’s body.
At LES, we have sourced products that comply with the European Machinery Directive and are all CE marked. You can be assured that this product is of high quality and safe to use which is our main aim when our customers are dealing with extremely heavy loads.
