The Portwest PV64 Peak View Plus Ratchet Hard Hat is a super popular head protection solution designed for professionals who demand both safety and comfort on the job. Made with high density polyethylene allowing numerous colours to be created including a pink hard hat, this hard hat is lightweight yet incredibly durable, able to withstand impact and resist penetration. The hard hat is also equipped with a 4 point ratchet suspension system, which allows you to adjust the fit to your head size for maximum comfort and security.
One of the standout features of the PV64 Peak View Plus is its clear peak visor, which provides a clear, unobstructed view of your surroundings. Available in a variety of colours including being available as a pink hard hat which isn't a common option.
In addition to its clear visor, the PV64 Peak View Plus also includes a sweatband to keep you comfortable even on long, hot days. The sweatband is made of moisture wicking material, drawing sweat away from your skin to keep you cool and dry.

Conforming to the below safety standard:
EN397 is the European Standard that specifies physical and performance requirements (including testing) for industrial safety helmets.
Testing procedure:
- Shock Absorption Test – A 5kg rounded striker is dropped on the crown of the helmet from 1m. The force transmitted to the head form cannot exceed 5KN.
- Resistance to Penetration Test – 3kg pointed striker dropped on the crown region, striker not allowed to contact the head form.
- Resistance to Flame Test – when exposed to a flame for 10 seconds and then removed, the shell must not set alight or self-extinguish within 5 seconds.
