Furniture movers with wheels aren't just used for furniture, they're mainly used for lifting & shifting heavy items like cabinets, heavy machinery, and even fragile items like statues and wooden boxes with museum artifacts in. There are three things you need to consider when buying a furniture mover - Capacity, Height of Lift and what type of lifting mechanism you require.
If you need a wheeled furniture movers, then all of ours are supplied with 180 degree heavy duty wheels.
Small items under 600kg such as a washing machine would only need a manual furniture mover. The lifting mechanism is manual, which requires some effort from the user. Anything over that capacity you will need a Small or Large furniture mover. There is no difference in capacity between these two, they just come in two different height of lifts - 100mm & 250mm.
Big items like a CNC machine or heavy cabinets, our heavy duty machine movers would be more than suitable for your item.
Hydraulic Furniture Movers are the ultimate easy way to lift and transport large, bulky furniture weighing up to 4,500kg (4.5 Tonnes). Simply lower the toes on both movers, slide under the item/load from both sides, secure the load using the provided ratchet straps, raise the load using the hydraulic jacking system, and you’re away. The hydraulic jacking system is operated via a handle, just like a bottle jack.
Manual Load Movers, also known as Machine Dollies, can handle loads of up to 600kg, and require the load to be lifted using the provided manual handles on the mover, The load is then lifted into place and secured using the provided ratchet straps.
The load is then ready to be transported the same way as the Hydraulic Furniture Mover. Our range of Load & Furniture Movers is extremely popular on a global scale.
Our movers are used across all industries, notably, we've seen Tesla use our large hydraulic movers for their battery installations. Whilst Citibank have utilised our small furniture mover for their computer servers.
