Safety is never compromised with Tractel products, designers have introduced the new 'Extra low voltage' pendant control built using Schneider group components. The pendant control also features an Emergency Stop button as standard. The control cable is an easy plug and play system featuring a plug-in connector for ease of installation removal from site.
Upper and lower limit switches are fitted to ensure the load does not damage the hoisting unit, you can also set these to ensure the chain does not go past a certain point for added protection against accidents. A friction load limiter also acts as a mechanical safety limit switch.
Multi-sized slack chain buckets ensure that all of the unit's slack load chain can be collected and stored out of danger in it's chain container which is attached to the hoist unit. This ensures that when raising the load the slack chain is not left to damage the goods or to get tangled and cause damage to the hoist.
Performance
High performance motor built for intensive usage makes this hoist attractive for production lines and on site use. High strength steel helical gear. Service life of the load chain is extended by the use of a super high quality load sheave.
Safety Features
Adjustable top and bottom limit switches (as explained above). High precision torque limiter mounted directly on motor shaft. An instant-engage safety brake ensures that in the event of loss of power or motor failure the load is not dropped and the hoist remains safe.
Quality
High-strength protection is archived with the use of a special paint method, keeping your hoist in its best condition. The motor is cooled to its optimum due to the hoist's aluminum body. The load chain is hardened, galvanized, class D.A.T.
Low maintenance cost
The design of the Tralift ensures that it is simple and fast to disassemble in the event of a service or repair. The chain guide can be changed without dismantling the load sheave, creating a service-friendly hoist. The torque limiter is also adjustable from the exterior of the hoist.
Endurance
The Tralift features extended ISO FEM classification for loads of 100kg to 5000kg with different speeds. The hoist's duty cycle is 1Bm to 4M according to FM. The duty cycle of M3 M7 according to ISO.

The hoist is compact with a high quality finish. A range of accessories allows adaptation to the various profiles. Special 'Ultra-low headroom' version available.
