Most forklift owners do not exclusively use them for lifting and lowering pallets. Here are the most common attachments we see that benefit forklift users

Forklift Hook Attachment

The Forklift Hook Attachment has man different purposes, it's mainly used as a connective tool that allows you to connect drum lifting attachments. It's also really useful for allowing you to attach chain sling, webbing slings or anything else that requires an anchorage point on your forklift. The hook attachment capacity ranges from 1t to 5t depending on what variant you select.

Extendable Forklift Jib

Sometimes what you're trying to lift has restricted access, or you're trying to place your load deeper than what your forklift allows you to, like in the back of a lorry for example. A great solution for this is the Extendable forklift Jib, it has an arm radius of up to 3m. And it has multi hook positions, allowing you to lift anything within it's grasp. It has zinc plated heel pins which prevent the jib from accidentally slipping off your forklift forks. If you need a forklift jib that has a smaller headroom, we do supply a Low Profile Extending Forklift Jib too.

Drum Grab Lifter

Our LES Drum Grab Forklift Attachment is a powerhouse when it comes to high usage barrel grabbing applications. It's thick steel allows it to hold 680kgs and it's intense powder coating protects it from the elements. This can be used outside but be sure to follow the maintenance instructions. You don't need to have an special attachments in order for this to work, this will fit onto most forklift truck forks. If you're moving drums in your warehouse this is a must for safe operation, it will reduce any of your usual manual handling.

Vertical Drum Lifter Three Point

If you can't grab a drum in the middle, then try a top lifting drum lifter like our Three Point Vertical Drum Lifter, you will need to pair this with a Forklift Hook Attachment and a shackle but they're lighter than our Drum Grab Lifter so if you're moving drums occasionally we'd recommend the three point lifter every time.

There are so many forklift skips out there, and the all look virtually the same, this is where you're mistaken, many manufacturers out there manufacture their skips with thinner steel. And you guessed it - they break, bend and never last as long. The Invicta Forklift Tipping Skip has nearly twice the thickness of steel than other inferior skips. And the best part? It's made right here in the UK. Their largest option holds 2.2t in weight whilst holding 1.8m3 of space. This is a great addition for moving material like sand or even useful for waste disposal due to it's automatic tipping function.
