WE’RE THE BIG 10!!! OUR STORY…

September 2022 marks the 10 year anniversary of Lifting Equipment Store – and what a journey it has been!   

Opening our very first doors in Stourbridge, West Midlands, in 2012, a place that we still call home today, Lifting Equipment Store began to establish its online presence, creating a bespoke website containing all the products our now loyal customers want, need, and love.

Building strong relationships with our customer base was, and remains, the cornerstone of our business and we believe that over the years we have always delivered on all the aspects that are vital to our customers – quality, price, service, delivery.

After some success, we decided to make one of our first big investments – upgrading our e-commerce store. With the customer journey at the forefront of our minds, we improved our website, introducing a range of new features, making it even easier to source and order the products that you need.

Fast-forward three years to 2018, and we continued to see great success, enough for us to require additional space for stockholding. In essence, a second office and warehouse facility was needed, so that’s exactly what we did. Today, we have two large warehouse spaces, filled with your favourite items, so we can keep our rapid delivery promise.

Exceptional growth over the first 9 years of LES, saw CEO, Will Dunn, venture across the pond, opening Lifting Equipment Store in the United States, a business that continues to flourish in the overseas market, delivering the same service, excellent quality products, and brilliant delivery that our UK customers are accustomed too.

So what’s next for LES you ask? Well, we have no plans to slow down, that’s for sure. We have drawn a detailed plan and continue to embrace the ever-changing landscape of the lifting equipment industry. Watch this space! Here’s to another successful 10 years!
